Celebrity Hunted - 5 x 60' for C4

Dom Joly, Vicky Pattison, Louis Smith, AJ Pritchard, Chris Hughes, Kem Cetinay, Kay Burley and Johnny Mercer MP go on the run and try to avoid capture for 14 days, for Stand Up To Cancer.

Role

As lead backstory Shooting PD I sourced high end backstory interview filming locations working to a low budget, managed tight celebrity filming schedules, wrote interview questions and managed a small team of AP and runner. 

On location I lit, self shot and directed all backstory interviews with celebs getting witty, sharp yet heartfelt content with just under an hour with each interviewee. A real challenge as each interview needed enough content to cover 5 x 1hr episodes in case they got to the end and evaded capture. The most awkward moment is when Chris Hughes told me he'd be using his massive penis to charm his way with the general public to win Hunted which made the cut to broadcast. Did he win? No.

My favourite moment was meeting and interviewing Dom Joly, although it's true what they say about never meeting your idols.
